Such a beautiful park. Lots of water frontage campsites! So quiet and peaceful.

Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

The site was great for us,although there were a couple of trees that had us a little concerned. Wouldn’t wanted to have camped there with storms brewing. Seriously, there were two trees that should have been cut down before the camping season started back. This site will be flagged as dangerous for us until those are gone.

The campground is very nice but lot 67 has a steep dropoff behind it and doesn't have good access to the water. There are other lots that have better access to the water. I have AT&T and had service cut in and out. I don't mind not having service while camping but I'm just mentioning it for those who would have an issue. The staff at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning to this campground
