Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

We love this park but the only complaint is it has no cellphone service. The campground host are very friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of cars going the wrong way on the roads. If you are looking for a park to unwind this is your gem.

Facilities were nice (clean bathrooms, level campsites, good host, etc) but I was surprised that I couldn’t see the water. My reservation was called “Lake” so I thought I’d be able to see the lake. This spot is right by a huge green space, though, which could have been fun if I’d had a large group that wanted to play kickball or something. :)

We love going to Salt Lick. Our main dislike is that there is no cell phone service at all.
