Corp of Engineers Parks are always great. Amazingly well maintained. This one is super peaceful. Kids had a blast. No cell service (a good thing for me)! Will stay again!

Salt Lick Creek campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting with spacious, well-maintained sites and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many campers. The clean facilities, abundant wildlife, and serene waterfront views enhance the overall experience, perfect for those looking to disconnect. While some reviewers noted issues with shower house cleanliness and limited cell service, the positive aspects, including safety and tranquility, consistently shine through.

Great value for raises. Also a great cg with roomy sites and level pads! Would encourage the park office to actually measure camp pads and update website accordingly, as not always accurate.

We had a great stay at Salt Lick Campground. It is our favorite place to camp. The only problem we have is that the park doesn’t stay open like some of the other parks. It would be great for it to remain open thru at least October

Loved being totally disconnected fromm phones and internet. It have all of us the opportunity to reconnect and enjoy the surroundings. The campsite were awesome and loved all the deer that came out all around us. This was our first time there and will definitely be back.
