We loved camping here. Campsites are spaced far apart. Very quite. Bathhouse was kept very clean. I found the tile on the shower floors to be a bit slippery, though. The camp hosts who managed the gate could not have been more friendly. Were able to answer all out questions. Gave us a phone number for someone to drop wood off. Very reasonably priced. We will always try to get a spot at this campground when coming to Nashville. We've been trying for about five years and this is the first time we got in.

Nice clean campground. Sites were decently spaced. Very friendly hosts. Uber distance to downtown Nashville. I didn’t use but they also had laundry. The Lake was beautiful and the sunset nightly over the water. I would definitely go back.

The camp host leaves a bit to be desired… we arrive 40 minutes early and he would not allow us to check in until exactly 3 o’clock and told us to go all the way back to Mount Juliet to the Walmart to wait it out… We pulled down to the day use area along with two other campers and were told to leave I believe one man in a motorhome decided he had had his fill of the camp host and ultimately left… Over the next few days campers were coming in between 130 and 230. This made me extremely mad after our experience with him most of the campgrounds if the campsite is cleaned and ready and no one is on it they will let you come in, especially an hour before hand. This actually lightens his load at check in time. He doesn’t have a back up out onto the road waiting to get in…😡
