We were only there for one night. Off the beaten path. Beautiful campground. Lots of space between campsites. All have picnic tables, fire rings, grills and a prep table next to the grill. No sewer hook ups

Great park, close to Nashville. We were in site #12, nice and level for our 32 foot Cass C A bit of curve to back into, but my wife had no problem as she always backs the rig into our sites. No issues with Verizion as well. We will be going back to this park and hopefully can get a water front site.

I arrived at 12:15 PM with a confirmed reservation and was told by the attendant check-in was at 3:00 PM. He directed me to a grocery store parking area 5-6 miles away through residential areas to wait. I explained that I knew the check-in and check-out time, but I had tickets for an event in the Northern section of Nashville. With the road construction and traffic in the area I could possibly be late for the event if I waited until 3:00 PM. I am 85 years old and I had just driven from Illinois towing a travel trailer. I asked if there was a place in the park where I could park and wait. He again said I had to go to the grocery store parking lot, but he might be able to check me in at 1:30. I returned at 1:30 PM and was checked-in. I noticed after entering the park there were many open sites and a large parking lot at the swimming area where if I could have easily parked. I was greatly disappointed in the lack of compassion by the attendant. I have stayed at many COE campgrounds and never encountered an attendant with the such arrogance and follow-the-rule attitude.
