My favorite local campground. Beautiful sites, everything in great condition, helpful hosts. I do wish that there could be improvements to the trail that leads from the waterfront sites to the bathhouse. Also, a trail along the lakefront just beyond the sites would be really nice!

We had a beautiful lakeview site, the best ever that I can remember. Our dog could go right into the water. The host who greeted us was very nice. We had water and 50 amp electric. Dump station.
If you’re planning on being in the Nashville area, this is a hidden gem about 30 minutes from downtown.

One of our favorite camping experiences so far. We were right near the shoreline making it easy to kayak from our site. Cell coverage (Verizon) was good, solid power and water. Clean bathhouse. Easy access to Nashville and areas nearby. Lots of space between sites and fairly easy to get into. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity, but book early.
