Very nice. Right next to Caney Fork River and Center Hill Dam. Has boat ramp in campground on the river or short drive to one on the Lake. Plan to come here again.

Only recommendation I would give to improve is to do away with the very fine gravels and replace with a gravel a little larger. The fine gravel in extremely hard to get off of shoes and rugs especially if it is wet from rain or due.

Stayed in Site #20, a level site with electricity and water. The campground was not full so no one was parked close to us but there were sites close to us so the potential to be crowded is there. Bathrooms were very clean - there was no firewood for sale. Also, no place for recycling. It is a beautiful area right on the Caney river.

Clean bathrooms with soap and toilet paper. Good experience, but most spaces have little privacy or trees. The spots along the river are nice and worth the extra cost if you can get one. Ideal for groups going fishing. Not great for hiking.

The experience was great, the gate keeper and volunteer host very nice and knowledgeable. Do wish those responsible would do whatever needed to open up the sites along the river that have been closed because of the bank erosion caused by the river. Will definitely return!

This was our first time at Long Branch. We absolutely love the big sites. The downside was the grass was terribly long. It was difficult to walk in the grass and for grandchildren to play. We literally had to take big/high steps to walk in it. It was not that it had been raining on days before our trip so can't understand why it was so high. Also, it's sad that there is no place for swimming. There was a creek but snakes were there.

Nice clean safe campground.
Fishing was very poor though. The generators were going 20 hours a day. Must be a lot of water up in the pond.
I will come back.
