WE enjoyed our stay. We had site # 64. Could be a challenge for some rigs. Steep slope down into the site but fairly level if you angle your trailer in. Check the description of the driveway, as some are very steep sites and might require more leveling blocks. Flight path to airport is busy but the noise didn't detract from the peaceful setting. Very easy to get to off the interstate.

I love this campground especially the waterfront sites, but all sites are nice. Also quiet most of the time. We have been camping here for over 10 years and camp several times a season. The only complaint I have is that the season is too short.

Huge sites. Tall trees. Many birds singing, felt like I was in a jungle! Even though it is in a very populated area, the campground was quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms could use some attention. Shower s in particular. Spray nozzles were aweful, water was warm and sometimes warmer. First stall in women's side did not drain, so you stand in a deep puddle, ew. I really did enjoy my week stay here.

A beautiful place, well off the beaten track with gorgeous lake views. It was quiet and serene. The campground hosts were particularly accommodating. This is a GREAT COE campground.

I’m handicap and have trouble walking so I purchased a golf cart in order to get around. When I arrived at Poole Knobs the camp host told me golf carts are not allowed here. I have been taking my golf cart to every COE and State campground since my stroke and three back sure. When they finally let me in with my golf cart I was told I couldn’t ride the cart anywhere except to the bathhouse and back. One of the host was very rude and kept reminding me I could ride to bathhouse and back. I will not be back to Poole Knobs campground again.

This was an amazing place. We loved it! So well kept, beautiful sites, pull thru sites!
This was our favorite campground on our trip from Illinois to the Gulf coast.

While we enjoyed the beautiful lakeside view, the site (#34) was VERY difficult to back into, and was pitched towards the lake. We couldn’t get our RV level. Other than that, the site was large and clean, and the hosts were great.

The campground and surroundings were beautiful. Pam and Rick the host were so lovely and helpful!!
I will say I couldn't get level on site 26. (I'm in search of proper levelers for my 19' Dodge Roadtrek. )
Regardless i survived and thoroughly enjoyed the view!
The bathrooms were nice and clean as well! Many thanks!
Best

Great shaded lots and plenty of room between sites. Clean restrooms. One of our favorite places close to Nashville.

the problem with campsite 59 was the hazard walking area to get to the lake. I am 86 yrs old and I needed a lot of hazard exposure to go down to the waters edge.
