What Guests Are Saying
Poole Knobs is a beautiful and clean campground with friendly hosts and great lake views, making it a favorite for many campers. While some sites are uneven and require leveling, the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to Nashville add to its appeal. The campground offers a variety of amenities, though improvements to bathhouse access and site leveling are suggested by some visitors.

Nice park on the lake. Friendly hosts. Many “Buddy” spaces that can hold tow campers.
Her lake side. Amazing.
Clean restrooms and showers with hot water, but they can be a long walk.

Rustic campground. Be aware 4 miles off main road with numerous low branches. Drive slow and hug the middle of the road. Few level sites. Camp host were great!

We had a good stay. This time we got a site with a concrete pad. That was nice. Parking area for RV was pretty level on this site. Some sites are not very level. Its a hilly area so its a challenge to make them level. They really need Wi-Fi for their customers. Cell service was good.

Overall, it seemed like a nice campground! We only stayed for a night and we got there fairly late, so we weren't really able to fully experience what the campground had to offer. It appeared clean though, with spacious sites, plenty of shade, and plenty of sites with lake access. Our site was on a bit of a slope, so it was a little challenging to get our rv to level, but we ended up getting it worked out and had a nice stay! Would definitely stay here again
