Nice quiet campground. Good view of the water from many sites. Easy access to the dump station on departure. Reminder: no sewer hookups.

Call ahead to confirm directions as the GPS may send you onto old Jones Road. Looked like all sites had partial to full shade. The bathrooms between 20 & 21 were clean, but are up an extremely steep incline with loose rocks, so be very careful.

Access to the lake right from the campsite. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The town is great as well. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of lots of poison ivy but we were able to avoid it.

Most sights are hard to get level in with a motor home or trailer. Some are very hard to get level and get into or out of with any RV of size. Only two bath houses which are only in the middle section of the campground. Only a couple of walking trails up a moderate hill to get to them, otherwise you have to drive from your campsite to get to them unless you are camping near them in the sites without any hookups.

The smiley blond lady is very fake and rude in a subtle way, be ready. She made me feel unwelcome from the start, but at the end just now she came to my site and talked to me like a child as she asked me 6 times in different ways if I was leaving. She clearly offended me around the 4th question but she was ready for that and kept going while laughing at me. Some people never grow up.

Site 60 was extremely unlevel side to side. had to use every block I had and still couldn't get level. Great campground but terrible site.

Scamp sites are far from level. It is nearly impossible to level your RV on the site. On sites on the lake it is difficult to reach the water due to debris from dead trees and rocks.
