We camp here every year and always have a great time. Will be nice when the water is fixed though.

Jeff and Lisa work hard to make Obey River camp ground a family friendly camping experience. We have always felt very safe when we are there because they make everyone obey the rules. Unlike some of the other campgrounds that rules and safety are ignored.

I thought the police presence was great. I saw them cruising the campground. My family and I felt safe. My daughter came to eat supper with us and the people at check in told her she could only stay 15 minutes?? I did NOT like that. Paying $3.00 to come in to visit is ridicules! I do not like this! The grass needed mowing. We stayed 4 nights and the day we left is when it was being mowed. It hadn’t been mowed in a while.

If I could post the video depicting my campsite I would. After ONE rain, my campsite was flooded with a lake of mud. My mats were COVERED and it absolutely affected the rest of the trip by slipping and sliding and tracking mud everywhere. I could look around to all of the other campsites which were properly graveled and their time wasn’t ruined, just mine.

Our favorite campground so far! Cell service(verizon) was great and my husband was able to hot spot for work. Love how spacious the lots are. Not right on top of each other like some campgrounds are. Easy to navigate through the park. The bath house closest to us was so clean every day. Just a very pleasant visit and we had so much fun.

No much attention to detail of the prosperity. Lack of volunteers.

Have been coming to this campground for over 15 years now and love the location and proximity to the lake. The camp ground attendant can be difficult to deal with at times.
