What Guests Are Saying
Anderson Road Campground offers spacious and private sites with beautiful waterfront access, making it a great spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Ash, is noted for his friendly and caring demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the restrooms are older and could use some updates, they are kept clean, and the campground is well-maintained overall, providing a pleasant camping experience.

I arrived in the late afternoon to my campsite. It was pleasantly located in a spacious wooded site with the marshlands of the lake a minutes walk through the woods which allowed me to catch the tail end of a beautiful sunset. Unfortunately what I didn't notice until camp was setup was that I could hear traffic and a lot of sirens. I went to sleep hearing sirens and woke to sirens. In the full light I also noticed that there was a lot of trash at the campsite. I had planned to stay for a second night but packed up and left. Not being familiar with the Nashville area I did not realize how urban the campground really was.

Nice small campground. Shaded sites and some have electric and water. Nice lake for kayaking. Most sites can handle larger rigs. Not in the best part of town but seems secure.

Didn’t get a lake spot, but being tucked back in the woods was just as amazing. Lots of privacy. Could hardly see the other campers right next to us. Wonderful time!

This has become our favorite campground. There are only a few electric sites, but they are so spacious, we had a lake view and it was very peaceful, yet you are just a short drive from all the Nashville activities.
