Sites could just be labeled with something a little easier to see at night but the showers, sites, and campground were amazing!

Ash is the person in charge. He was kind, discerning, hard enough to keep the bad out. Yet, a soft heart to do good for others. The waterfront sites are wonderful. No raccoons...never expected that before! Wow! Lots of white tail dear. And, cheapest sites for 50 miles around Nashville per my independent research. I wish it was open aaalllll year! The day park was full of large families enjoying time together with fresh meat cooking on the grill, and children laughing. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Ash!!! May your kindness be returned to you.

Watch out for dead trees. They have a lot of standing dead ash trees that pose a threat to people, campers and RVs. Something they really need to work on. Also, they need to change the attachment to the wash-out hose at the dump station. It will not allow you to connect to your flush out hook-up if you have one. Also, some of the sites need to be paved or smoothed out. They use large gravel around the parking pads on some spots, rather than the fine gravel used in most corp campgrounds. Makes it harder to walk around. Other than those issues, we really enjoy camping here and love the lake views.

I absolutely loved the space! The only thing were the shared bathrooms, there were a bit more spiders than I am comfortable with and I camp a lot. I understand that it is the wild and spiders are hard to keep out but a preassure wash in the morning specially on hotter seasons will be great.
