What Guests Are Saying
Anderson Road Campground offers spacious and private sites with beautiful waterfront access, making it a great spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Ash, is noted for his friendly and caring demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the restrooms are older and could use some updates, they are kept clean, and the campground is well-maintained overall, providing a pleasant camping experience.

Terrible camping neighbors nearby who party so loudly until after 2am, keeping half the campground awake and furious. Then, at about 4:30am, there were a couple of people wandering the loop road, moving off into the bushes, then back onto the road like someone either looking for something or drugged out of their minds. The rest of my 3 nights were find. Just concerned about security and quiet.

Wish there was someone at gate house during week to check people in. There was twice as much traffic come in and sleeping in empty campsites next two us that didnt have to pay. Sleeping in there cars trucks with loud music until 2 in morning. Other than that it was great and beautiful .

We didn’t feel safe in that campground, people coming in and out all hours of the morning 12:30, 1,2 and 3 am. Speeding through also with no regard for the speed bumps. There is no guard at the gate to even make sure people belong there.
I will say the lake view sites are very nice and not buggy at night or early morning.
Bathroom and showers far outdated.

Each campsite has a grill, a wooden table for prepping, concrete picnic table, fire pit with a rack to grill. Bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would camp here again

The stay was phenomenal. It was a mostly quiet and relaxing experience. Our last night there were some folks across the lake who decided to blast music well into the night. I wasn’t planning on holding that against the campgrounds we were at since it obviously wasn’t their fault. But Nancy (god I hope I remembered your name right!) very kindly refunding that night of our stay as an apology for something they had no control over. I can’t wait to go back and thank Nancy in person
