We stayed a long weekend at Floating Mill for our anniversary in October. We were in site 12 and had nice views of the lake in different directions. We very much enjoyed our visit. The sites are very close - some on top of each other, which can be a challenge with dogs or if you have to back in with your front door on the opposite side of the lake. Also, the campground loop can be a bit tricky if you're in a large RV or trailer. We got very lucky with our site but made notes while we were there of the good sites for future reference. Definitely will go back with the boat in the summer. Staff was very nice. They do not sell wood there at the campground so you have to buy it at the gas station at the Silver Point exit. Try The Rose Garden restaurant while you're there - great meat and three and great pies.

Very nice campground. Some sites are very close to each other so I recommend checking out the site. Our first time going and I will definitely pick a different site next time. Nice shower house's and two boat ramps. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful campground though the sites are too close and the sounds of neighboring dogs can be a bit much at times. Everyone is friendly and the hosts are awesome, but the barking dogs are the reason my review isn’t as good as it could be.

The bath houses are plum pitiful.
They are nasty need several repairs and have mold growing on the walls. It is obvious no one uses any kind of cleaner or beach product.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was clean. Bathrooms were adequate: clean but in need of some repair. Our campsite was very tight but nice and level. Overall, I would recommend this campground.
