What Guests Are Saying
Ragland Bottom is highly praised for its friendly and helpful camp hosts, clean restrooms, and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination. Visitors enjoy beautiful views of Center Hill Lake and appreciate the spacious, level sites available. While some noted issues like steep walk-in site access and occasional disturbances from other campers, the overall experience remains positive and many express a desire to return.

The gentleman running the park was very friendly and thanked us for staying at the campground. Bath house was very clean. The camping area had an excellent view of the lake. We plan on returning again.

This is usually our favorite campground but they have not mowed in over a week and it was dry every day we were there. The logs blocked the boat ramp and constantly had to move them to load and unload your boat. No lights in the bathroom at night

Ragland Bottom never disappoints. Beautiful campground with a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake. Couldn’t ask for better campground hosts in Tom and JoAnne.

Great weekend. Stayed in campsite 31. Nice level site. While the site isn’t lakefront, the terrace layout of the sites gives you an illusion of privacy.
Quick trip to Burgess Falls was a happy accident, well worth the short drive.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely try to reserve a lakefront on our return. Yes, we will be back.
