All sites include electric hookups. There is potable water available near the dump station. Most of the sites are large and well spaced with a picnic table and lantern hook. We stayed in Loop B, our favorite. Loop A is on the lake and it's beautiful, however it's a very active part of the campground. A lot of local people stay here and they gave us some good information about what to do and where to eat. We camp a lot and would love to camp close to home but Helene made that difficult. Our favorite campgrounds washed away. Indian Boundary is about 3 hours from our home and it's beautiful. Tellico Plains is the closest town and it's about 14 miles from the campground. Grocery stores are limited but there is a Mennonite Farmers Market a little ways from town that sells fresh everything (cash only!). There are some good restaurants and a museum with a great gift shop (reasonable prices). There is a dog store that has a wash area to wash your dog yourself. We did not get to do this because it was closed when we were there but WHAT A GREAT IDEA!! There is no cell service here but we were able to connect to satellites and text. That was amazing!!!!! It's a really good area.

Reserved 3 nights and chose to not cancel due to weather forecast. I hoped the weather would clear and I could stay a night or at least picnic at the site for one of the days reserved. Camp ranger quoted the rules that said you must check in within 24 hours and that I could not stay.

Indian Boundary is one of our favorite campgrounds! We love the forested area and creek around the sites, as well as lake for fishing and biking/hiking. We plan to return every year we can.

When arriving at our reserved site someone was already occupying them, our loop A host was not at their site so we went to loop B host for help. the loop B host was incredibly helpful and kind, however the loop A host was extremely rude and we never personally spoken to by loop A host and they didnβt personally resolve our issue, the loop B host just happened to have an available spot for us to switch to thankfully! The bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept with how busy the camp ground was. It was a very family friendly experience. However if you are looking for a secluded camp ground with more privacy this may not be the location for you as all the sites are pretty close together and there is not much privacy. The beach area and pavilion was extremely well kept and was not crowded at all. Lots of opportunity for swimming, boating and fishing. Overall we had a great weekend.
