This campground is worth the trip! The sites are spacious and well-separated so I didn't feel hemmed in. The beach and trail around the lake are well kept up and very scenic. The restrooms and showers are clean and the water is hot. I enjoyed my one-night stay here and will consider staying here again on future trips. Roadtrek Zion Slumber Class B 21' RV owner.

Great site. Quiet (it was the last weekend of the season...), nice restrooms and showers. Staff at camp store was the greatest. Excellent facilities.

The boundary is our go to place. It is nestled in the Tellico Ranger District of the Cherokee National Forest. Perfect for hiking, kayaking, bike riding, fishing and plain old relaxing and enjoying the views and scenery. Best of all, a nice hot shower at the end of your active day.

Campground host was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and my overall experience for the week was very good. Would like to have stayed for the weekend, but all those get booked so far in advance. Reservation system needs some work.

I have been visiting Indian Boundary campground for nearly 20 years, and always love returning there. Loop A has some of the nicest Lakeside campsites, however it also has the oldest bathrooms which need updating.
I love walking the path around the lake during the day, and looking at the stars at night. It is a beautiful place!

First time at IBC and it was, with a couple of exceptions, a wonderful experience. We stayed on the A loop, site 22. The site was perfect for our 13’ camper trailer.
We loved the location, and during the last week of Oct, the foliage was still very good, even if we missed the peak by a few days. We hiked the lake trail twice in two days — great fun for us and our two small pups. The lake was also a good spot for star gazing for a couple nights. I got a couple decent Milky Way shots although it was too late in the year to capture the galactic center. The Cherokee Nat’l Forest is recognized as a dark sky location in TN.
The first issue we noticed was the closed water spigot between 21 & 22, as was at least one other spigot. We walked to across 15 for water, which was not a terrible inconvenience, but . . .continuing with water problems, both sinks in the men’s and the women’s A loop bathrooms were missing faucet aerators. Consequently, water sprayed all over the counters and the mirrors, and anyone using the faucets! In talking to a guy who has been coming to IB 1-3 times a year for many years, he said the two water problems I just mentioned have been that way for a number of years. Sad.
