This place is a keeper. Love that it's not on the main road. It's very well kept. The owner/ maintenance folks are so nice & helpful..... Long term stay is why I'm here with my fiance' .... Davey Wells

-No frills, caters to long term campers. Feels new.
-Remarkably secluded yet close to big box stores/restaurants.
-Not really for young families as there are no playground amenities. No club, pool, etc. there is a small laundry.
- The park is small and adjacent to a farm/ranch on one side and small housing community on the other side. 3 stars only because some may find amenities a necessity. If quiet and off the beaten path is your thing then its a five star campground. For us, its 5 star because we are 55 plus couple with small dog who love the country.
-There is a fenced enclosure for dogs to play and potty.
-Price is competitive with other similar styled rural campgrounds and of course much better than the cost of city campgrounds.
- adequate spacing; does not feel cramped. Pads are made of road base gravel. For some, thats a deduction in stars. All are back in. Maybe another deduction for some. No cable tv. Each site is 50 amp/H2O/sewer.
-Amazing is the pay as you go wifi. You can buy 24 hours at a time up to a month. Monthly fee very reasonable. I tested it and was getting about 150 mbps down. Way more than enough for streaming and working from home.
- All the local channels in HD via your own digital antenna found on most modern campers.
One con that may bother some: There is an outdoor public shooting range about 6 or so miles as the crow flies but if your ac or fan is on, you don’t hear it since its far away. Also, hearing it Depends on time of year, wind direction and temps. Of course you’re in the country so folks around here do enjoy shooting sports.

Stayed here for 3 months. Loved it and would go back anytime. Enjoyed several beautiful sunrises and sunsets and had many enjoyable conversations with Bobbi, one of the owners, as well. Highly recommend! 🛻 ⭐️ 💖

Our experience was phenomenal in our 6 week stay. We originally chose this site due to its competitive pricing. The owners of the site were wonderful to work with over the phone. They were extremely responsive during the initial process. I was extremely happy to hear they do background checks for everyone who comes in. The campground host, Jason, and his family are WONDERFUL people. They were extremely helpful and just wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of. He is working hard to bring updates and new amenities to the site that will only amplify your experience there. It's extremely quiet and out of the way. You can barely hear the road and only at busy times. Just a peaceful place.

Host's are nice. Full hook ups. Spot #6 fit 40 ft Fifth wheel and 2 3/4 ton trucks. Wifi available but have to pay, worth it in my opinion to have internet. Quiet RV Park, people keep to themselves.
