- Elmdale RV Park Rules
- OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Elmdale RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and loud music is not allowed at any time.
- The speed limit within the park is 7.5 mph.
- Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times, as the park is not responsible for their safety or behavior.
- Trash must be bagged and tied, with boxes broken down. No trash should be left outside unless it's bagged; cleanliness is important, and vehicle washing may be restricted.
- Fireworks are prohibited, and open firearms cannot be displayed in the park.
- Clotheslines, electric space heaters, and unauthorized electrical connections are prohibited; the park is not responsible for RV electrical components.
- Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, and vulgar behavior are not tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, and violations can lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- These rules ensure the health, cleanliness, and welfare of all guests.
Utilities
- A positive sewer seal is required at both ends of the sewer hose, and it must be fastened with a connector as per Tennessee law.
Vehicles & parking
- Each RV space allows two vehicles, parked in front of the RV and away from main drives.
- Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not allowed, and major repairs cannot be performed in the rental space.
Pets
- Pets are allowed but must follow specific rules and conditions.
- Pets must be leashed or caged outside; licensed, vaccinated, and altered cats may roam if non-nuisance. Supervision is required, or pets may be impounded.
- Pets cannot be on other guests' RV sites.
- Guests must clean up after their pets or face a $25 fee for each occurrence.
- Pets causing disturbances through noise may lead to removal from the park if not corrected after two warnings.
- Pets cannot be tied or chained to trees or structures in the park.
- If your pet has a history of aggression or injures someone, it must be removed from the park immediately.
- If your pet is deemed aggressive, you must leave the park immediately without recourse.
- You agree to indemnify the park for any claims related to your pet's behavior or presence.
- The park can restrict certain pets, including aggressive breeds of dogs.
- Service dogs are allowed with proper documentation, regardless of breed.
- Noncompliance with pet rules may result in agreement default and consequences.
Site capacity
- Camping or sleeping in cars outside is not permitted.
- Each rental space is limited to one RV and one vehicle.
Local regulations
- Mail cannot be received at the park; guests must use a post office box or general delivery.
- Management can evict or refuse service for rule violations and may change rules and fees as necessary.
Fires & fuel
- Campfires are only allowed in portable covered fire pits, not on grass, and ashes must not be disposed of in trash bins.
