This place is great. I love it. Can’t get enough of it. We all have fun. We are a big family. It has great amenities. I was on a park
, and the owner was always over. Harassing me. He would wear his short shorts and his flip-flops. Here they are good people.

Possibly the best park that I've stayed in! Spacious, quiet with a pond and a very nice pavilion with an outdoor kitchen! Also, there are some very friendly ducks that aren't shy! Best of all are the owners of the park! So friendly and down to earth. Will come back again and again!

Wow!! What a great RV park that is private and quite. The owners are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The Rv park is like living in the country with a nice pond and awesome newly built pavilion for bbq’s and family time. Close to Port Aransas and Rock Port. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed/. The owners care and our rRV’s are not on top of each other. I hope you can experience morning coffee while enjoying the peace and beauty of the morning!!!

When I drove through this park to check it out I thought it would be the perfect spot, only down side being the lack of shade. When I called the manager to check for availability she answered rudely and then proceeded to accuse me of lying when I told her I had an emotional support dog along with a esa letter from a doctor to prove it. Her exact words were "Its illegal to claim that you have a service dog when you dont" she said she didn't allow dogs over 30 lbs because of the kids, ducks and chickens in the park. I told her again that my dog is a registered emotional support dog and that it was illegal for her to refuse to rent to me. She proceeded to argue with me saying that I was lying, I just hung up at that point. This lady has never seen me or my esa. She never gave me the opportunity to even show his paperwork. She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start to the end of the conversation. What she doesn't know is that I suffer from PTSD and my gentle giant is the only thing thing that keeps me going most days. He has never harmed a soul and He absolutely adores children. It is illegal for a landlord to discriminate and refuse housing to somebody with any type of service/emotional support animal. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she gets hit with that lawsuit.
