About Aubrey RV Park

There’s just something special about an RV park that’s located in the country, but has easy access to recreation destinations and is convenient to big cities when you need them. Aubrey RV Park is located in the middle of horse country in the small North Central Texas town of Aubrey population 7,453. Even though we’re located in a small town we have everything you need in an RV park and more. Currently we have 54 RV Sites (10 covered), 15 Boat/RV Storage spaces and for those of you that can’t seem to fit everything in your RV we have 22 self-storage units. Our amenities include a laundry room, a pool the shape of the great state of Texas, the best security around including a gated entry and security cameras throughout the Park.If you enjoy boating or fishing Aubrey RV Park is nestled between two of the best lakes in Texas; Ray Roberts Lake and Lewisville Lake. If you would rather stay on dry land and hike, bike or ride horses we’re 2 minutes from the Greenbelt 428 Park that features a number of wonderful nature trails. We’ve heard that some people actually need to work so you’re 18 minutes to Denton home of North Texas University, approximately 30 minutes to Frisco and Lewisville, two of the fastest growing towns in the area. And if you occasionally like the bright lights of a big city Dallas is about an hour away.

Since Phillip and Teresa have taken over it's been nothing but wonderful!! We feel safe in the gated community and welcome. Its quiet but awesome if you have little ones as well!! the playground and underground pool have been amazing and well kept!! Lawanda and her husband run the grounds on the weekend and they most definitely go above and beyond for anyone! This is the best place to stay it you want a home and community, or even just a vacay! We love it!

The ladies running the office, Teresa and Lawonda, have been nothing short of amazing and kind with questions. Quick to respond and I’m sad my stay here is over. Will recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term rental OR storage.

UPDATE BELOW:The Sunrise and Sunset views from all angles around the park are awesome! This clean, gated, quiet small RV Park has a swimming pool and a card operated laundry facility with new machines available for use. There are long and short term stays available with a month to month contract. We are enjoying our stay here.
UPDATE 11/2024: This little Park has grown and currently has back-in sites available with full sunrise AND sunset views you can only see in Texas. There may be more people now but the peacefulness, cleanliness, and customer service is unchanging. My pups love the dog park play, long walks around the park, and we are so grateful for our experience here. UPDATE: This Park may have changed names, not hands, but service, safety, cleanliness, and friendliness are the same. Aubrey RV Park is great for long and short term guests.

A MUST STAY! WOW ! What a Welcome Home Greeting Teresa Meet ME AT My New Home Lot . Philip Assisted With the Moving in. RV Park Well Maintained and Well Kept in Beautiful Surroundings. Awesome Dog Park, All Grass, No Dirt Yeppy! Great Clean Kids Playground for My Granddaughters. Amazing State of Texas Shaped Swimming Pool. So Well Maintained and Always Cleaned. Very nice place to stay.
It is gated with a fence you need a code to get in.
The office staff was friendly and helped me fix some problems with my camper.
They are building a new swimming pool that should be open soon. Nice quiet area with lots of good local restaurants close by.
I definitely recommend it!
