What Guests Are Saying

Bluebonnet Campground is highly recommended for its beautiful setting and friendly staff, who even host a fireworks show. The showers, while appearing unconventional, offer great privacy and excellent water pressure. The campground features tent spots with water hookups and pull-ins with power, making it a convenient choice for campers.

I don't see what these other reviewers mean. But everybody got opinions- they're like certain parts of the body that way. So here's mine, and feel free to step up-wind any time.
Beautiful! Highly recommend!
Nicest folks I met anywhere. They even put on a fireworks show!
The showers might look a bit wonky, but plenty private and real good pressure with the hand wands. Actually the best camp showers I've seen in 100 miles. (Others mileage may vary. )
They got tent spots and such,
even with water hookups and hoses already.
And they got pull-ins with power.
If yer aiming for the back glen, might help to be prepared. Otherwise, there's a phone booth for when the booty calls.

Call this campsite up to ask them some questions. And I will just telling them what was going on.Cause he asked me what he can do to try to help and he just told me he just went off on me.For some reason I don't know why think and I was coming over there.Store stuff so and when I try to explain to him he Belligerent started threatening me. Don't stay here. I just remembered which our repark this was. I had a friend that stayed there and some things were going on that. She was told that could not happen and other people. Certain people were getting away with doing what they said they did not allow there. This place needs to be shut down. That's not how you do people. And not only that, his outdoor showers aren't really covered up. There out in the elements they're not private. They're falling apart and everything. I noticed.
Them when I was visiting a person that I knew that stayed there So steer, clear. There's other r v parks that are way better than this By a 100%.

Despite all the bad reviews this place is a hidden gem. Dale got us all tucked away. We had our own private area, offered fire wood, received souvenir flash lights/pens, and dale even threw in a few solid jokes. Will definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality!

So wonderful. We love this campground! Dale is really nice, he's the owner, he was giving us a tour of the property on his tractor and brought us (free) firewood. Lots of room to roam, about 10 acres. The site was private, it's dog friendly, access to water and showers, it's haunted, hiking trails, fair/cheap price ($10/pp), plenty of space for all 6 of us plus two pups, picnic tables w/chairs, fire pit, and lovely shaded campsites. We're definitely going back. Thanks Dale!
