We stayed there for couple of months while my boyfriend was working near by , it might not be a fancy RV park but management was always helpful and for someone looking for a quiet place to stay mainly working a Night Shift, this is the best place to stay ,so quiet and you will definitely get the rest needed. I HAD TO COME BACK FOR THE LAST REVIEW AND YES DONT expect to get your deposit back , so far still waiting for a response from them to settle the last bill and get my credit back ..but that’s fine I won’t stress myself over for a couple of dollars ..

The park is peaceful, orderly, and secure - exactly as I hope for. People here are warm, kind and friendly. The views were absolutely stunning! We found ourselves taking in the scenery whenever we could and just relaxing among nature. All in all, we'd definitely recommend this RV park. . In all, a perfect place for any RV enthusiast!

The owner is overbearing and refuses to address issues regarding the park. She WILL NOT pay for licensed electricians, plumbers, tree removal etc. to address obvious facilities issues. She tries to make backend deals with unlicensed and unbonded "handymen" that rarely if ever fix anything and are basically paid to tell you everything is fine. Her lawn service ruined my drain hose once and my brothers 3 times. No apologies or compensation. She charges deposits and fails to tell you they are nonrefundable until after you leave. Security, pet, etc. A total of $225 deposits that were not refunded. The electric charges are insane, she's making money off of the rental AND your electric. Not a great neighborhood either, bicycle stolen and homeless live in the woods nearby. Avoid this place like the plague.

Also, a good number of the 5 star reviews are her family members, she even posted a 5 star review.

Initially I gave this park a 5 star review. Having left after staying 11 months, I'm dropping it to two stars. I stayed in the tiny home park, the RV park would garner only one star. Their sites are very small and immediately next to a bar that plays live, loud music until past 1am.

First, the pros; friendly neighbors, good location, and nice size sites.

Now, the cons:

The security gate doesn't work and my brother's bicycle had the chain cut and was stolen from in front of his camper. Another time a man was found hiding behind my neighbor's truck at midnight, he ran off before police arrived.

The lawn service is terrible. Sometimes months between mowing leaving portions of the grass waist high, and damaging an outdoor carpet, and three drain hoses on 4 separate occasions.

The bar next door, Peggy's, plays live music on the weekends that I could hear in my 5th-wheel over the air-conditioner until past 1am, I can't imagine how loud it would be for the rv park immediately behind the bar.

Park management is also very difficult to deal with, not wanting to spend money to address issues. For example she tried to have an un-bonded and un-insured handyman fell a dead tree leaning over a 5th-wheel and only sought a professional tree-service after the owner of the 5th-wheel threatened legal action if his camper was damaged. She also asks tenants to troubleshoot electric issues at the park instead of hiring a service company.

Finally, the owner has family members leave positive reviews to inflate their ranking.

All in all, if you can't find another place to stay this will do in a pinch, but I would immediately get on a wait list for another park.

Very nice & peaceful location in the tiny homes section! Owner is very nice and price is reasonable. I Highly recommend this place! It is near town and restaurants. Not too far and not so close, just perfect for a getaway from the big city lights.
