This is a great home away from home the owners are two great guys with a great welcome feeling. The morning views of beautiful Texas countryside, the open sky full of stars at night are both great, it's peaceful and friendly , it's texas style you won't want to leave , the good part is ..you dont have to, if you havent stayed here before you definaly want to check it out !!!!

Our friends are actually staying here for the time being they have a very nice area where they stay and they have beautiful accommodations as far as the laundry room and the restrooms. They have restrooms that used to be sparkling clean when I first started going, but now whoever is taking care of them, doesn’t take care of them that well and there’s a lot of bugs on the floor and a lot of dirt. I believe this person only cleans it once at once a day and it’s at night time usually so you get it put up with all the bugs on the floor bugs and they do have shower so if you want to shower, you can grab a shower get a lot of June bugs in the shower with you.

Very nice, quiet place which has a good laundry room system, only bad things are 1. people always leave their clothes in the machines and forget about them and 2. that it has 2 restrooms which are shared for both women and men. Restrooms do not have toilet paper and sometimes they are nasty dirty.

If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect spot. The park is quiet, beautifully maintained, and a true escape from the noise of the city. The commitment to cleanliness is evident throughout, especially in the bathrooms and laundry room, which were both sparkling clean. We are enjoying our time here immensely and appreciated the thoughtful amenities.

Great location ! Love the area it’s quiet and it has great amenities. Showers on site brand new with ac and in the same location a laundry mat with a porch. It has plenty of space and the community is easy to find and get around. The property is always clean and in great shape!
