I have no idea what any of the other reviews are talking about..
I have only ever been treated with kindness and respect from Management, and the residents of this park.
Lovely/clean facilities, gatherings all the time where everyone is welcomed.
Phil, the manager works hard daily to make sure the park is a safe place for everyone, and has only ever spoke to/treated my family with nothing but respect.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good/safe time.

I do NOT recommend living here if you're a person of color.
This was my first time living away from my parents, at just 19 years old, and instead of feeling safe and welcome, I was subjected to racism and microaggressions from neighbors. On more than one occasion, I was called the N-word.
These comments and actions were dehumanizing and made me feel unsafe in my own home. Racism is subhuman behavior, and the neighbors here should do better. Management should not ignore this type of conduct, but they allow it.
