Longhorn RV Resort

Longhorn RV Resort truly feels like HOME to us! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The amenities are always clean and well maintained, which makes such a difference. The concrete pads are spacious and level, and we love having picnic tables and fire rings at each site. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy RV life. We absolutely love staying here and highly recommend it!

Full disclaimer. My hubby and I were given a full tour of the place but we went a with an rv park a little closer to the airport due to my husband's work travel. But I had to leave a review due to the amazing friendliness of the people there! Mandy at the front is lovely (both of them!) And the amenities are second to none. Pool. Hot tub. Gym. Large property to roam. Laundry. Great sites for RVs. See the site for details but it's just fantastic. And we will definitely stay there when we travel with the camper.

I’m a member of the Ben Hur Shriners RV Travel Club from Austin, TX. We’ve held many rallies at this location over the years and they never fail to support us with outstanding support and service. Their Overnight and Rally sites are pull thrus right next to the Pool/Hot Tub, Club House, Office and other amenities. The clubhouse is large and has everything you need to prepare a meal and share it with your group. The staff and owner are exceptionally friendly and they make the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an RV Park/Resort outside of Austin, I highly recommend The Longhorn RV Resort!

Its a nice place to stay. Good weight room, nice pool, good meeting room, game room, clean bath rooms and plenty of walking on paved and off-road paths, although there are dogs on the off-road that come thru property fence. There are longhorn cattle that are very nice to photograph and look at on the off-road trails. Sunsets are amazing to view sitting outside. The staff is nice and helpful. Propane station on site which is nice, although you still have to carry your bottle to station (it would be nice if bottles were picked up and filled and returned to trailer site, because if your working its hard to meet office hours of operation), trash is picked up everyday. There are untrained dogs that bark early (4-6 am) in the morning and disturb other guests quite time (no consideration by their owners). There are times when grass gets a little high, but some longterm tenants mow grass around their own rv's (if they have a mower). We feel secure, one part of park has gated access, the other has not. Overall this is a nice place to stay, we enjoy it.

I LOVE this RV Resort!! I honestly cant think of a better place than this!
They have a beautiful large lake for fishing, a walking/ bike trail, playgrounds, beautiful animals on property (Emu, deer, geese, longhorn's), a year-round pool (even in the winter! They heat it!), a game room, a gym, a rec room, clean bathhouses (with big showers), laundry facilities, propane refill, RV storage, Storage units for personal items, and very nice and amazing staff!
They host events often like weekly poker nights and bingo! They host cook-offs, parties, BBQ's and more often as well!
Every RV lot has its own nice picnic table, and grilling pit! There is trash pick up from your lot every morning!
You can stay for a day, or long-term!
There are even Cabins for rent!
The office is open 7 days a week! The office also has snacks, fishing accessories, as well as RV accessories for sale!
The pricing is very affordable, regardless of all the amazing and great amenities they offer.
They are always finding ways to add or improve the Resort, but it is already AMAZING!!
The owners and staff are so great! Rob is extremely helpful and kind!
