What Guests Are Saying
Potters Creek Park is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with large, spacious sites and clean facilities, including highly praised bathrooms and showers. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the park's scenic views, making it a great spot for camping and exploring the Hill Country. While some areas of the park lack shade and the lake levels are low, overall experiences have been positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Canyon Lake in severe drought condition - lower than ever experienced in 40 years. Reservations by Recreation .com very satisfactory.
check-in and check-out staff at the lake very satisfactory. cold-windy weather and condition of lake resulted in early departure.

Very clean campground. A lot of the sites are not open. We had spot 61, which was a great spot that had some trees. Park hosts were all very friendly and helpful. Hopefully Canyon Lake gets some water back in it. It is so low right now.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of San Antonio. Beautiful and scenic with canyon lake access. Have stayed there many times and it always is a pleasant experience.

Ya'll were so sweet and kind and we were able to choose the lot we wanted since there was a mix up. It all worked out and our chihuahuas loved their camping trip!!
