River Shade RV

The location is absolutely amazing. Right next to the river. But anytime I have tried to talk with the front office, they are closed. The office hours seem to just be for show. I went on a Sunday at noon, when the door and website says they are open until 2pm but they were already closed. Went again on another Saturday, again closed during business hours that are posted. Why have a business if you are never open?

I have been here for over 6 months. The shade is great and the river view is phenomenal. The ladies at the front are very attentive. I have amazing neighbors. There are long term spots and short terms spots. Many spots for long term have been grandfathered in on their age of RV. It happens. There is a rule that you cannot have an rv older than 10 years but generally, if youre already here prior to your rv hitting the 10 year mark and your rv is still in decent condition, youre fine. 1 of the bathrooms does need a remodel but what do you expect from a place that is basically mom and pop owned and has been open for over 10 years? Its a great spot. Calm and quiet. Only downfall is being right next to 123. Definitely worth the visit.

Great rates for rv nightly spots. Great monthly rates as well, which leads to this park being mostly long-term renters. Not many amenities to enjoy in the park itself. Price and river location are great.

I love this place everybody that works here are fantastic and I've been in and out of here with my RVs for over 25 years. I just flat out love it

Only stayed one night here, but it was a really nice place to visit. Lots of trees and right next to the river. Staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was a nice place to spend the evening and the night after a long day of travel.
