- Smoking is prohibited in public buildings, pavilion patios, and pool areas; dispose of cigarettes properly.
- Fireworks and firearms are prohibited at all times due to city limits.
- The trash dumpster is for park guests only; dispose of waste properly and do not place hazardous materials in the dumpster.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will lead to ejection from the park.
- Excessive alcohol use and loud or disruptive behavior are not tolerated; disturbances may result in immediate eviction.
Vehicles & parking
- The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Please adhere to it.
- Only park in designated areas; do not park on grass, vacant RV spots, or concrete patios.
- Non-operational, unlicensed, or unmaintained vehicles and trailers are not allowed, and no auto repairs may be conducted.
Utilities
- Report water leaks to management immediately; leaking hoses must be fixed promptly, or management will turn off your water.
- Sewer connections must be airtight, and only septic-safe toilet paper may be used; no feminine products or wipes should be disposed of in the toilet.
