What Guests Are Saying
Lakeside Park is highly praised for its beautiful, spacious campsites shaded by large oak trees and abundant wildlife, including deer. Visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a preferred destination for camping. However, some reviewers noted issues with tall grass, dated bathrooms, and occasional maintenance concerns, but these did not significantly detract from their overall positive experiences.

Site required multiple wood blocks under jacks and tires just to get automatic levelers to work.

This was a nice park, very quiet. Had some trouble navigating the park, as the signs were few and far between. Our site would have been perfect, if they weren't in the middle of a drought. The lake was VERY low. We had everything we needed with water and elec. Thankfully, as it was HOT and WINDY when we were there.

Beautiful park. Dark skies, beautiful sunsets, good place to go walking, fishing, sitting under the oak trees and relaxing. Clean and spacious RV sites. The folks at the entrance are friendly and helpful. Just a wonderful place.

Love the way the grassy area is always mowed and taken care of. The sites are always clean. Bathrooms are well kept. We love this campground for peace and quiet with beautiful views and lots of wildlife.
