What Guests Are Saying
West Lake Davy Crockett offers a beautiful and peaceful setting with well-maintained campsites, each equipped with a fire ring, picnic table, and parking. The campground features clean vault toilets and a central water spigot, although it's important to note that it's first come, first served without hookups or a dump station. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a one-night stay at an affordable price.

Excellent one-night stay. I counted 11 campsites, 3 or 4 of which we would easily fit in (35' MH). Most sites seem to be fairly flat and level. Lantern hooks, picnic table, and fire rings at each site. There's a vault toilet that's pretty clean. There is a spigot in the center of the campground for water, but you'd block the road if you stopped to fill your freshwater tank. This is first come first serve and dry camping - no hookups and no dump station. No dumpster - pack out your trash.
There's a QR code at the entrance to pay the $10 per night, or $5 if you have a senior or access pass. Use your recreation.gov app to pay.

Very beautiful and peaceful. A great place to get out and breathe in all that fresh air! Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table and designated parking spot. 10/10

Lovely place. Stayed in November. Temperatures starting to cool off. Plenty of fallen wood and leaves for fires. Relatively clean. Full 5G signal.
