Great water front camping. Swimming limited due to riff-raff rocks but do-able. Public showers kinda remote but work great.

We had spots D4 and D5 on Juniper West. Though they are both are 50 ft pads, D4 curves up at the beginning of the pad and I would not suggest it for longer bumper pulls. We liked to never got my Dad's 37 ft bumper pull off his hitch due to the in-cline. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this side of the park. The pads are very nice and seems they keep it very cleaned up. I would say spots 1-3 and 7 give you the best views of the lake though spot 1 is close to a very busy boat ramp. The trees need to be trimmed up behind the other spots for a better view of the lake. The entrance is a little tough to get into right now due to road construction. It is on a busy highway. The camp host seemed to be working constantly. I know she cleaned and checked the bathrooms/showers multiply times a day. The dump station is in a very convenient location and easy to use. I have seen other reviews about the amount of traffic that goes in and out of this side and that is true but I really think it is just locals that go further down into the park for fishing and hiking. This side is not gated. All and all, Juniper Point West will be on our list of options for future trips.

Site is great but needs some tree limbs cut back and the water fixed so it doesn't leak and waste so much water. Otherwise wonderful campsite
