What Guests Are Saying
Platter Flats is praised for its cleanliness, convenient bathroom facilities, and beautiful views, particularly from the B loop overlooking Lake Texoma. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere, helpful staff, and well-maintained grounds, making it a favorite camping destination. Some minor issues include noise from other campers and the need for maintenance on picnic tables and ant control, but overall, visitors express a desire to return.

This has been our favorite campground at Lake Texoma, but the park is not maintained like it used to be. The grass areas are not mowed regularly and there are a lots and lots of stickers from not spraying to control them. The grass was knee high at times this summer and fall and playing games in the grass areas was very difficult because of the stickers. The camp hosts are friendly and do a great job of overseeing the park.
