What Guests Are Saying

Post Oak Place is a clean RV park conveniently located just blocks from Highway 35 and features a six-foot in-ground pool. Guests rave about the nearby Frosty ice cream shake shop. However, some concerns include the location's safety, communication issues during check-in, and outdated hookups for modern RVs.

Bad part of town. Called upon arrival to check in with no answer, no one in office and wasn't given a stop prior to paying and driving 3 hours. Hook up are not upto par with modern rv's. This is a living area not friendly for weekenders.

I actually live here full time. The most laid back quote friendly park I could have imagined of finding I feel safe here. The people are amazing and the landscaping is excellent. I’ll be here for a very long time.

Apathetic management; be aware of what you are getting into if you reserve a spot. Photos are attached.
There is no WiFi - expect to either use up all your mobile hotspot data, and then some, or pay for internet which means adding another $60 to your fees IF you can get spectrum to do a hook up on short notice. I should say there could be WiFi - if the manager would just reset the router but she won't (see photos), I asked her about every third day for a month to just reset the router and offered to do it myself but for some reason she wouldn't ever do it or respond to any emails. This cost me money and time.
The park is mostly full timers with a few short term spots for monthly rental. It's about 50/50 RVs from the 90's/early 2000's and some newer travel trailers, the residents are very nice and their sites are tidy. I wish the management treated the residents better - the roads are full of pot holes, the pool is unusable, and it seems like the garbage is always full/overflowing. If you are in town short term to work I would recommend you look elsewhere for better services.
