Camp Lucy Cottages

Booked our stay to attend a wedding. Woke up the morning of the wedding with a 101 fever and tested positive for the flu. Called to see what we could do because we didn’t want to get the wedding or resort sick and spread germs. And we were told they had a 14 day cancellation policy and would not be refunding our money. Would have been happy to reschedule or lose half our room rate because I understand a last minute cancellation. But they weren’t even willing to work with us. 10/10 do not recommend.

Gloria and the whole crew made my wife's birthday special. The chef Dave Trosko came out and sang happy birthday in italian. We loved everything you guys did to make it a special weekend.

Overpriced for the value. The tile in my shower looked like something from a Tijuana house of ill repute - and not in a charming, “authentic” way. The food feels like it was made by someone desperately trying to be cool instead of just focusing on basic quality. Overall a poor value and even poorer experience. Not recommended unless you enjoy paying top dollar for mediocrity dressed in pretension.

Our happy place! Granted, we also got married here but we make it a point to come back at least once every year. It is a magical, whimsical place and an excellent destination to unwind and enjoy all the Hill Country has to offer.

Stayed here back in May 2023, and it was such an amazing stay. I really loved the location. It's in a more rural part of Dripping Springs, TX and you can breathe in fresh air and hear birds chirping in the morning time clearly. The rooms were pretty nice and service was top notch. The reception staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the resort property is very good as well (had dinner and breakfast there), and it was quite tasty. Overall - a very nice two night experience!
