Waters edge

I signed a one year lease with Waters Edge and I'm about halfway through it. I can safely say this is a phenomenal place to stay. The lakeside is gorgeous, maintenance is quick and responsive, management has been attentive and the apartments are quite nice for the price. Maybe I just have a good batch of neighbors, but the individual units seem to be well insulated from sound from adjacent units, I rarely hear anything. 10/10, if you are a first time or a seasoned renter, this is an excellent choice.

Had a showing with Tabetha today and she was amazing. My brother and his family are looking to move and we had found this hidden gem. The community seemed well maintained and we also met the manager, Rhonda, who seemed equally as fantastic. The apartments are small, but tastefully renovated. Lakeside living with resort style feel. If I was looking for myself, I would live here in a heartbeat. Definitely a top contender for my brother though.

Waters Edge gives you more than just an apartment it gives a lifestyle. If you enjoy nature, lake views, boating, and a community that feels like a retreat, this place hits the mark. The scenery, quality and amenities are top notch. If you’re considering signing a lease here, I say go for it.

This apartment has been such a nice spot to call home. They are clean, updated, and have a really comfortable layout. My unit gets a ton of natural light and feels super cozy. The location is also perfect. It’s tucked away in Flint, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but the drive to Tyler is quick and easy, which is super convenient for work, errands, or just heading out for fun.

Great place! The apartments are newly renovated with modern details, new bathrooms, and new washer and dryer. The property has lots of beautiful cool trees and awesome lake access with a brand-new beach. Great spot to live!
