Lantern Oaks RV Resort

Fantastic RV Resort with great, friendly staff. This was our first time in the area and were scoping it out for a winter return next season. We personally liked the location.

We travel all over the US and I believe this is the first and only time we have ever seen a staff member walking the gated pet area picking up extra dog droppings that were missed by the pet owners. And that fenced in, lighted pet area is fantastic

We'll be back.

Well this one has it all. Location, CHECK straight shot to downtown and right next to an awesome little village that makes you feel like you are in a small European village. Also for bikers the road behind the campground is a beautiful ride. They have great LEVEL sites. I was able to reset my rigs level with these sites with them being so level. The amenities are always polished and pristine and heated pool. My favorite is the rocking chairs outside the main lobby that gives an awesome view of the sunset. A great location.

We loved our stay at Lantern Oaks. The staff was extremely nice, the park was clean, it had great amenities, it was secure and had everything we needed for a great weekend away. It was close to downtown and all the places we visited. The pool and hot tub area were very nice, the live entertainment was a great, the front porch with rocking chairs to watch the planes and sunsets were one of my favorite spots to sit. It has pickleball courts, a putting green, two dog parks, gym, laundry, camp store, nice room with a fireplace, tables for games and shuffleboard. I highly recommend Lantern Oaks for your next stay In Fredericksburg!

We joined our Club’s Pop Up Rally. Our first time at this RV Resort was wonderful. Very well lit, quiet, and safe. The clubhouse was very much enjoyed with music and games. Wished I packed my swimsuit for the heated hot tub. Location is just 3 miles from Downtown Fredricksburg. Love the nearby Airport Diner. Thank you for providing such a well manicure and clean RV resort.

Lantern Oaks RV Resort is a first class operation. We spent three nights there in early December during the Fredericksburg Christmas Parade. We truly enjoyed our stay. The people were fantastic — everyone was friendly and helpful. The RV sites are spacious and clean, the store well stocked, the common areas beautifully maintained, and the showers/restrooms were kept spotless. It was too cold to try out the pool, but the area looked beautiful. There are also pickleball courts, putting green, corn hole, dog park and more. We’re definitely looking forward to our next visit.
