This is the worst condition I've ever seen the park in. There was trash everywhere.

Great park. There are many “hiking” opportunities and well attended all week. Staff was not often seen, yet available and professional. Thanks for keeping this park alive.

The volunteers are just horrible. When I confronted one woman about her behavior she justified it by pointing out the volunteers don’t get paid. Another guy chased us in a cart around cars and people while honking his horn and confronted us like a corrupt cop. He had the wrong people. They’re just terrible to deal with and completely unhelpful. They never have our parking passes and if I ask they get angry. I’m just not staying there anymore. It isn’t worth it.

Cedar Breaks is our "home away from home". A perfect getaway for us, just 40 minutes away from central Austin. The sites are great and the lake is beautiful and quiet.
The downside- facilities are badly in need of repair/replacement. The roofs on the shade structures have been in bad shape for years, and the bathroom facilities are pretty worn out. It's a shame to see Corps of Engineers facilities in this sort of condition.
