Salmon Lake Park offers a relaxed, rustic atmosphere ideal for camping and family reunions, with friendly staff and clean cabins. Visitors enjoy events like the Casita rally and local car shows, and the park features vintage buildings and a swimming hole. However, some RV spots lack electricity and sewer hookups, and the pond's water quality has raised concerns among guests.

Love this place! It's like stepping back in time. All the old buildings are so amazing. Some of them are even fixed up enough to rent out. There's a pond that's more of a swimming hole really. It's got a big huge slide and diving board. There's gorgeous picturesque little bridges over the little creeks littered throughout the park's beautiful trees. I loved walking barefoot through the sand streets. The whole experience was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

The cabins are actually really clean, that is what stood out to us. We were there for a family reunion and it is a great location for that. The golf cart rental is a must and they are really nice golf carts. The staff is super friendly. It's a true country feel, no TVs in the cabins which is nice. If I had to complain it was the pond, it was too nasty for us to swim, there was a foul smell coming from where the water enters from the overflow from the pond above.. the water appears to be pretty stagnant, there was a ton of algae covering the entire pond and there was a film you could see when people were swimming. I would recommend this place for family gatherings it's perfect for that. The pond was the only negative for us.

Very relaxed, rustic rv park. We spent several days there with the Casita rally. Unfortunately I was pretty much confined to our rv with bad allergies there's lots of dirt blowing around. Lots of cool vintage buildings and even a swimming hole and cabins.

Enjoyed the #Layinatthelake2025 car show and the look of the place was themed amazingly. The old town and park was great camping grounds.

Sand roads. Not all rv spots have elec or sewer. Check before you unhook. No reservation. Not much to do but camp. During rallies lots of fun. Casita rally and blue grass. Towns nearby for restaurants
