Friendly environment for the 55+ . Well maintained and safe gated area. Community center offers recreational activities.

It is OK, better than some and not as fancy as others. Over the years it has developed into park model community and recently trended towards many temporary workers under 55. Holidays will have children visiting grandparents. Park is clean and grass is mowed. With the recent 25-30% rate increase it is not the value it once was. WI-FI is great but not optional. If you have satllelite or a hot spot you will still pay for the parks WiFI. If you chose to use the parks WIFI you will most likely need to buy a compatible router and Ether net cable..Highway. Nose can be pretty loud.

Jeff Goode is an amazing asset to this park! Always goes above and beyond for ANYBODY that needs help! I needed an extension cord for my golf cart, and he got me taken care of. Helps with wifi set up, cable checking, and anything he can help do.

Beautiful park with plenty of spaces, we'll maintained! Whether your looking for a full time spot or just traveling through, make Fig Tree RV Resort your next destination!
Doc helps keep the pool and hot tub sparkling clean for the guests! The cleaners are amazing, Kimberly, Richard and Darla always have the Laundromat pristine clean!
On site fiber optic internet, hot tub, pool, pool tables, gated community, personal mail boxes...

I have lived at this Resort for more than 10 years. They maintain it so well and the staff is wonderful. Beautiful gated community right off the expressway. I highly recommended.it!
