Mac was an angel! Management however threw me out of my motel room! I was in 3 hospitals in March! I called daily , they kept saying just get well all is fine. So I stopped calling. after weeks in a hospital , I arrive back and they tell me to leave go back to MN where people care about me!
People are drinking daily in the parking lot which is apparently just fine! Yet if one is hospitalized for mental health care clean and sober! They get disposed of like yesterdayโs trash! Hurt beyond words!! Thank God I landed on my feet in a Beautiful private Country Club in Ranco Viejo! Karma has a way of working things out! I broke zero rules I was sick! God bless you

Met Ms. Mac, a wonderful, kind lady. Enjoyed some long conversations while staying there in February 2019. Nice campground and very inexpensive. Highly recommend if passing through the area.

- Check in at the office upon arrival. RVs with maintenance issues will not be admitted.
- For maintenance issues, contact park management at (956)428-8458.
- Report problems to management without delay.
Safety & rules
- The speed limit inside the park is 10 MPH. All guests must adhere to this limit.
- The park is not responsible for theft, damage, or accidents. Guests assume responsibility for their own property.
- Beware of falling palm fronds as they shed throughout the year.
- The front dumpster is for residents only and must be kept closed when not in use.
- Dispose of lawn and construction waste properly; contact management for questions.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- No digging, planting, or driving into the ground due to buried utilities.
- Smoking is allowed, but littering is prohibited.
- Illegal drugs are prohibited on the property, and violators will be asked to leave.
- Alcohol use must be discreet and respectful; disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Local law enforcement may be called to manage disturbances.
- In emergencies, call 911.
- Keep RV sites clean and free of trash and clutter.
- Long-term stays are defined as rentals longer than 6 consecutive months.
- Both the RV and its owner must be approved for admittance; transfers require management approval.
- Park management will trim necessary tree limbs upon request.
- Turn off air conditioner and ceiling fan when leaving.
- Monthly cleaning of air conditioner filters is required for optimal performance.
- Management may modify or add rules as needed.
- Providing your mobile number gives consent for automated messages, which can be revoked.

Pets
- Pets must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for cleanup and interactions.
- No animals are allowed in apartments or rooms at any time.
Fires & fuel
- No wood or charcoal fires during burn bans or other events.
- Only use manufactured fire pits or grills, and attend fires at all times.
Site types & loops
- No smoking or vaping is allowed in rooms.
- A storage shed is allowed with management approval for compliant RV owners.
- No items may be hung on or attached to the fence.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in rooms or apartments.
- Short-term RV space rentals are available.
- Long-term RV space rentals are available.
Site capacity
- RV owners must keep their possessions within their designated space.
- Each site accommodates one small RV and up to 2 vehicles; extra storage space may incur a fee.
- A-lot RV owners must keep their items within their space.
- C-lot RV owners must maintain 48 inches of clearance from the fence.
- The maximum occupancy per site is 2 adults.
- The maximum capacity per site is 4 persons.
Utilities
- Utility hookups provide water, sewer, and 30 amp electrical service; electrical draw must remain under 30 amps.
- Owners must maintain connections to utility pedestals and should use PVC piping for waste hoses.
Amenities
- Lawn service is included for one RV and one vehicle; extra items incur fees.
Vehicles & parking
- One vehicle is allowed per room or apartment; visitors must park considerately.
Fees & deposits
- Rent is due at the start of each rental term.
- Late fees apply after accounts are 10 days overdue.
- Payments on delinquent accounts will go to outstanding balances first; late fees apply thereafter.
- Payments are accepted via various methods including cash and credit cards.
- Make personal checks payable to Mac Elkins.
- Customers are responsible for fees from returned checks.
- Payments via debit/credit or ACH can be made through the customer portal, which also offers additional features.
