Great bathrooms, nice campsites and friendly staff. Quiet campers, no partiers, had a wonderful time.

nice and clean park. Walking paths are awesome! Ample restrooms and showers...though they are outdated. My first time on "prison toilets"!

Park is beautiful and the sites are level and spacious. Our negative experience wasn’t really the fault of the park at all for the most part. We set up at site 23 which is waterfront with a beautiful view out the back window of our 5th wheel. That was until tent campers set their tent up almost right behind our camper. It was 35 degrees at night and the tent campers were scavenging firewood from all over the park and chopping it to burn ALL night long. All we heard was wood chopping while trying to sleep. Will definitely return we just hope the tent campers aren’t set up near us again.

Nice campground. Very friendly lady at check-in. Restroom buildings were beautiful on outside but sort of old and not heated inside.

Hickory Creek is so beautiful. The concrete sites are large and well-spaced. The view of the woods and deer keep you peering out. If you like to walk or bike, the streets are well maintained. The bath house had 4 toilets and showers and were clean. We will return again soon.

First of all, I am a "Newbie". I came to this park because it's close to home, good reviews, and groceries nearby. Dana was working the front gate. He was pleasant, helpful, and kind. I purchased a pass because of all the aforementioned!
This campground is beautiful. Being new, I booked Lot 11 which is pull-through.
When I went o take my "travel day shower" I was amazed that in the middle of winter they were kind enough to provide heating in the dressing area! Boy was that nice.
My only concern, after all these good reviews, is they will hike up the price. I hope not, I love it just the way it is. Have already booked Spring and Early summer stays.
Please Keep America Beautiful so we continue to to have these wonderful resources.
