Itasca Creek RV Park

I was willing to drive an hour and a
half to work just to stay at this beautiful RV park. I moved here mainly for the gated area for my dogs - they loved running and playing freely. The owners were very nice and the park was clean and well-kept. The day after I arrived, there was a lovely get together by the pool with good food, which made the place feel welcoming.

I should have written this review when I left, but I needed time to process. As a woman of color moving alone, safety and feeling like I belong is important. I stayed only a month because someone tampered with my RV, which made me feel scared and paranoid. I talked to the owners; they came and checked on the RV and were kind, noting they don’t usually have problems and that the police even ride through regularly.
Despite that, I decided to leave due to past experiences with similar situations. That said it’s a beautiful place with gorgeous surroundings and welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate my time there, but it wasn’t the right fit for me long-term.

Family of four stayed for a weekend while visiting friends! We really enjoyed it!! It was easy to book, right off the highway, friendly staff, friendly neighbors, easy to locate, and great sized lots. We loved the concrete pads, new asphalt, gated fences (optional), and carport (optional). You all have the option for Wi-Fi which was a bonus but we had perfect 5G AT&T so we didn’t even use it! There is a park down the street as well as family dollar and dollar general. In the next towns over are Walmart, bucees and Starbucks. We loved the little pool they had because our 3 year old could stand up in the shallow end. It was peaceful and quiet, we will definitely return for another weekend, even if our friends aren’t there. It’s a quiet, small town vibe with cows as your neighboring lot.

All sites have concrete pads. The park is very clean. You can choose a fenced-in site. It’s not far from I-35 but quiet. The host is super helpful.

Itasca Creek RV Park was one of my top five favorite places to stay. Very friendly people. They had a space for us just before closing time. The bathrooms and showers were immaculately clean. They even had covered and fenced spots if we wanted one.

My only regret was that we didn't have more time to stay. I'll be back again on other trips.

We stayed for 3 months at this great park. They have wonderful amenities that are kept up daily. They have clean showers and laundry room. The park is wide open, great for just getting some steps in. I’m a remote worker and WiFi is fast! The sunrises and sunsets are always beautiful. We have a dog so it was nice to let him run around within the fenced in lot we had. And also they have a dog park which if they need more leg room they have it. The staff are wonderful people that will help in any sort of which way, as with the community. Thank you for the stay!!
