This park was on my bucket list for 2020, and it did not disappoint. Amazing on every level! From the Park Host, Larry greeting us at the gate, to the Ranger Abby making sure we were safe. They even helped straighten out a mistake I made on my reservation. No way I could have asked for more!
Beautiful trails, awesome views, large and shady horse pens, clean showers with warm water, and great local food!
I did not want to leave, and I can't wait to go back!

Everyone and everything was perfect. Went in November for my Birthday weather was great and trails were awesome. Brought the whole family. Kids and Grandkids. Everyone loved it so much that we all want to make it an annual tradition for my Birthday. Bathrooms were super clean and always stocked.

Really appreciate how spaced out most of the sites are. I’ve camped here twice and enjoyed it both times. The bathrooms are managed VERY well. Larry is the grounds keeper in the winter months. He’s very friendly and down to earth. He treated us like family.

Its my favorite place to be camping with my horses and riding friends. I always love the stunning sunrises drinking coffee outside in the early morning .
The park manager is always available to help if needed. Driving in, Its always mowed, clean and kept tidy.

First thing is you meet the park manager, what a wonderful person help to make our stay much more enjoyable.
Otherwise the facilities were very well kept and the park grounds manicured to near perfection.
This is our second stay and we highly recommend this destination for riding, hiking and swimming.

I LOVE camping with my horse at Ebenezer Campground near Jasper, TX. The camp sites are well maintained by the camp manager. The bathrooms and showers are clean as well. There are two horse pens per site, and trails into the forest are just a few yards from the campground. The trails are mostly sandy, with a nice variety of terrain, and riding on the beach along the lake is so fun. I highly recommend the campground!

the park is always clean. Larry does a great job taking care of the park. I don’t use the showers/restroom so i can’t comment on them. would like to see some of the bent panels replaced. Other than that no complaints
