What Guests Are Saying
Twin Dikes campground is generally well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake views and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the helpful camp hosts and the serene environment, which is great for birdwatching and family relaxation. Some concerns include the need for maintenance on older sites and occasional issues with neighboring campers, but overall, guests enjoy their experiences and plan to return.

We enjoy Twin Dikes, it is usually very clean and well-maintained. New sites we added. However, the older sites (I.e. #7) needs work on the parking spurs (pads).

Campground was great but the people next to us left their dog in their trailer and it barked and whined all day. We had enough and moved. Had to break camp load everything up and move down a few spots. We were first told we couldn’t do it and to change sites online. Went online and tried to change it. Host came by and helped us out by letting us stay.

My spot sis notnindocate it was a shared spot. I had a. Amper next to my site who took the shared parking with his teuck and boat. I talked t o the park attendee and she notified to move and change my reservation through the website. The site was down so I never changed I just left. Now importantly pictures are misleading leading you to believe there are water sites available. Water is low you have to hike to get to a muddy pool to fish with no trees around. Don't waste your money.

The hosts on duty---jerry and his wife are both a disgrace to the job. They were both clueless that there was a burn ban in effect for Jasper county and had no intent to inforce it. It's not only irresponsible of them---they posed a danger to us campers and our vechiles and campers if a fire were to get out of control. They only care about getting their free ride. They are pathetic !!!!
