We always love staying at Brushy Creek because the park is beautiful, clean, and has great access to the lake. The check-in and check-out process is always so easy and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. This is our most favorite place to camp!

The campground is very well maintained. We go so lucky with our site, it was right on the water. The Thursday night we stayed there was amazing. The next night was much busier and wasn’t as enjoyable but I will definitely stay in this campground again. 9/10

Very nice campground! Tons of shade and all the grounds are very well maintained! I would highly recommend this campground!! They even have super nice tent spots right on the lake!!

It was our first time at Brushy, such a beautiful view. We happened to be there for the Feast of Tabernacle and got to meet some wonderful people. Also the brightest moon. Beautiful spot

All of the campground facilities were working. Sites were clean and well maintained. Very good overall experience and quiet while staying there.

Getting There
From Jefferson, TX, travel 3.8 mi northwest on Highway 49. Turn left onto FM 729 and continue for approximately 3.5 mi, then turn left again onto FM 726. Travel 5 mi, turn right at the stop sign and follow signs to the park entrance.
Highway access
Brushy Creek is accessible via Highway 49, which is approximately 3.8 miles from Jefferson, TX. Additionally, FM 729 and FM 726 provide further access to the campground.
