Only issue is the continued boil order. This was occurring October 2022 and still hasn't been resolved. One would think it could be fixed by now.

We were having a good time until lightning stuck a tree by our camper, and tore up the camper, boat, and car.

We had a great time at Buckhorn. The small town of Jefferson was nearby. It was super fun to visit their uptown area. We also visited other parks and campgrounds at Lake of the Pines. Very nice area. We also visited a state park nearby.

Nice and semi secluded. Easy access to waterline and lots of grass play area. Restrooms a short walk uphill and are heated. Fire pit was way close to the platform edge where only 2/3 of pit could actually be used to place chair and sit, other 1/3 side of pit folks were standing.
