This park was quiet, beautiful with an awesome view of the Lake of the Pines. I enjoyed walking in the trees and met ( as usual) some very nice campers around me. I want to come back.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We have a motorhome, so do not use the restrooms/bathrooms. Loved the area, great places to hike and beautiful views. Very close to Jeffersons, with several things to do.

Beautiful site right on the water. Our spot was a little tight for my 40 foot Class A but nothing that couldn't be overcome. Excellent home base to visit Jefferson, Marshall, and Longview.

Nice level site. Campground was clean and quiet. Employee at the gate was friendly. We were passing through so we only stayed one night but we would definitely come back and stay again.

This was such a stunning location, we took our grandsons to celebrate their birthdays and they absolutely loved it. There weren't trails to hike so we stuck to the paved roads but we walked all over, we spent some time at the small playground but their favorite spot was a small sandy beach across the lake from our campsite.
The dump station was not marked well but we were able to find it eventually.

Absolutely loved Buckhorn Creek park and will definitely be back. The campsites are level, the views are beautiful and the park is well taken care of. We took a side trip to the historic town of Jefferson and had lunch at McGarity's Saloon which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend!
