We love this place. Randy and his staff are fantastic. Great fishing, super nice pool. Restrooms are always clean. Great boat ramp and fishing piers. Also excellent fish cleaning stations. We come up on weekends. Its a short drive from Houston. Don't for get to look for the bald eagles. They are beautiful.

Wow! If you are in the Livingston/Huntsville, Texas area this is where you want to stay. Off the beaten path yet convenient between both locations. Sits on Lake Livingston. Great, level, well manicured sites. Space between sites so as not to be on top of each other. Easy to get in and out. Pool, two dog parks, playground, laundry, bathrooms, docks, and a couple trails. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices reasonable and offer daily, weekly, monthly. Full hook ups. We stayed a week and relaxed.
